A CondoKitchens designer will meet you in our showroom as well as your home to discuss your design interests and measure your kitchen and/or bathroom. Many clients have collected magazine clippings of design ideas in preparation for their kitchen remodel. Our designer will review those materials and address any other questions or concerns you have. This consultation is free of charge.

The showroom visit is an opportunity to select cabinetry and finishes, and discuss countertops tops, appliances, flooring and lighting. Our showroom is located in Fairfax VA (directions) and is easily accessible by Metro (Dunn Loring - Orange Line)

At this meeting we will finalize your selections and sign a contract. At this time we require a deposit so that we can order materials and schedule the project.

This meeting will take place at your home and will include our install team. This is a time to review all aspects of the construction and time line for the project.

We begin construction upon receipt of the cabinetry so that any inconvenience to our clients is minimized. Depending on the cabinetry selected, lead times can range from 4 to 8 weeks.

Work will be substantially complete within 2-3 weeks and you will have a brand new beautiful working kitchen.
